Power Panel: Transforming Performance Measurement into Successful Executions |
| Power Panel: Leadership - Back to the Basics |
The ability to lead doesn’t come from a job title or position. To be a business leader, we must become a person that people trust, a person that can present a vision for the future in a way that motivates people to help achieve it. There are many leadership “experts” who promote the latest fad for achieving success, but the real success in leadership lies in mastering the basics, such as:the ability to work with excellence, the importance of our value structure, to reflect from our intuition, the importance of cultural adaptability and other qualities which are essential for us to do what is right. This panel brings together a group of senior service executives who will share their insights on what it takes to be a successful leader and make recommendations on how to improve your leadership style.
