For your convenience, there are two ways to register for the AFSMI S-Business World Conference 2008:

Self-registration is convenient and easy. If you attended the S-Business World Conference 2007, your contact information will pre-populate. Also, after you have registered, you can make changes and substitutions from the link in your email confirmation.

Registration Options

Conference with Workshop
The conference with Workshop includes the conference registration and an AFSMI Workshop session of your choice. The AFSMI Workshop is Monday, October 20, 2008 from 10:00am – 4:00pm, before the official start of the conference. It includes 6 hours of in-depth training from a recognized industry consultant and a networking lunch. (An AFSMI Workshop is not included with a membership voucher. Voucher holders pay an additional $495.00.)

Conference without Workshop
The conference without Workshop includes: Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday breakfast, general sessions, lunch, breakout sessions, Tuesday evening reception in Technology Expo hall; Wednesday breakfast, general sessions, breakout sessions, Networking Happy Hour and Tuesday-Wednesday refreshment breaks.

AFSMI Awards Dinner and Presentation Only
Enjoy dinner with attendees and find out whom the award winners are for 2008.  (Formal Attire is Optional)

Membership Vouchers
Enjoy the value of AFSMI membership by redeeming your vouchers. Vouchers are easily redeemed regardless of the registration option you select – all you need is your voucher number which was sent to the AFSMI primary contact in your business unit.

Note: All the registrations must be made at one time to qualify for a Team Discount. Voucher holders and speakers count toward total attendees but no additional discounts apply. Cancellation Policy

AFSMI CONFERENCE CANCELLATIONS received in writing at the AFSMI office by September 30, 2008 will be refunded less a $100 per person administration fee. No refunds will be given after September 30, 2008.

Prior to the conference, registrations may be changed or cancelled upon written request only. Registration cancellations may be submitted via email to conference@afsmi.com or you may fax to +1 858-946-0005.  Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

All refunds will be processed after the Conference according to the method of payment. Registrants who elect to cancel their conference attendance are responsible for cancelling their own travel and hotel reservations.
