Sbusiness Journal Now Online in New, Interactive Digital Format
The online version of the Winter 2008 issue of Sbusiness is now live in a brand-new format that we’re very excited to show you. Now in a cutting-edge digital layout, the online journal is much more user-friendly and so interactive that you can even flip through the online pages one at a time, just as if you were holding it in your hands. Click here to check it out.

Some Cool Features
The enhanced new features of the journal really are impressive. Some of the handier items include:

  • Notes: Add a note to pages with your thoughts or input relating to a certain topic in an article. Includes a time/date stamp.
  • Bookmarks: Bookmark a certain article or page of special interest to you or to a colleague.
  • Contents: The Contents button allows for easy viewing and direct access to journal topics.
  • Links: Send a link to a colleague that will direct them to an entire journal issue or a select page of interest. (Remember, the journal is password-protected for members only.)
  • Search: Perform keyword searches for topics of importance to you.
  • Effects: Customize the online journal to your liking.

We hope you like what you see in the new format. As always, your feedback is welcome. Feel free to send your thoughts to Sbusiness editor Suzanne Kaminski at skaminski@afsmi.com.

Sbusiness: Contributing to the "Green" Challenge
We only have one Earth, and we want to do our best to take care of her. Our actions today can have environmental impacts tomorrow, so we’re committed to the protection and preservation of our ecosystem. That’s why we’re giving our members the option to receive the journal in both hardcopy and online formats, or to opt for the online journal only. All you need to do is update your online member profile to opt to receive the online version only—it’s that easy to help preserve your environment, one page at a time.

Spring Issue
We are very excited to bring you the next issue of Sbusiness—the Spring 2008 issue—because it’s another one of AFSMI’s "first-evers." This issue will include content from not just one, but all four of AFSMI’s network of associations, including contributions from SSPA, TPSA, and SRII. The Spring issue is due for release toward the end of March, so watch your mailboxes and stay tuned to the Web.
